5. Follow up to learn whether you received the assistance you needed.

Independent Contractor Notice

JeffCo Home Pros is a contractor-referral and lead-coordination service. Contractors receiving referrals are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of JeffCo Home Pros.

Estimates, contracts, pricing, payments, scheduling, warranties, and project work are arranged directly between you and the contractor. You should independently verify a contractor’s licensing, insurance, qualifications, and suitability before hiring the contractor or authorizing work.

Communication Authorization

By submitting a request, you authorize JeffCo Home Pros and one or more independent contractors receiving your referral to contact you by telephone, email, or text message regarding your project.

Emergency Situations

JeffCo Home Pros is not an emergency-response service. For a fire, gas leak, electrical hazard, medical emergency, crime in progress, or another immediate threat to people or property, call 911 or the appropriate emergency or utility provider.
